1.0 Project Background:

Phase 1 (1st March to 30th June 2011) :
-To achieve and maintain body weight of 65Kg.
-To complete 2 marathon (42.125km) events.

Phase 2 (1st July to 31th Dec 2011) :
-To achieve and maintain body fat percentage of below 17%.
-To train and shape my body as Donnie Yen one, so i no need to copy his photo anymore.

1.0 工程简介

第一阶段(三月一号至六月三十一号):
-降低兼保持体重至六十五公斤。
-完成两项马拉松赛事。

第二阶段(七月一号至十二月三十一号):
-降低兼保持体脂肪百分比17以下。
-六块加两片。

  4. 06/3/11(日)路程C 完成时间:1小时29分32秒

  6. 29/3/11(二)随意慢跑: 25分钟

4.0 Recovery Measures on Slow Progress

By end of march 2011, total progress percentage completed was 15.0%.
10% or 12 days delayed according to scheduled 25% of completion.

The main reason of delay was due to "stop work order" issued from Ministry of Health
which was implemented on 10th to 28 March 2011.
This is because the runner which named Patrick Sar was attacked by a sudden sick that
caused him unable to perform training routine.


To catch up this shit project,
more training will be conducted and also to train hard
in order to speed up the process of upgrading from Route C
to Route B.

Food intake after 7pm will also be cut off to 25% from previous month.



4.0 计划修复措施
   
妈的,
上两个礼拜去动手术。
因为肾结石。
不懂什么是肾结石的人,自己去上网找。

不会看英文的,自己去查字典。
因为上面的英文我不想翻译去中文了。

5.0 Planned 4 Weeks Program 

  • To commence Route B training
  • To finish "2XU Run" under 1 hour and 10 minutes
  • To finish "Run 350" under 55 minutes


5.0 下个月拟定计划


  • 开始路程B训练
  • 完成“去操你”短程跑步项目,在1小时10分以下。
  • 完成“三五零”短程跑步项目,在55分钟以下。

Is time to buy new timing device.
用了五六年的跑步手表。






This card have to bring along for drink and ride.
跑完步可以去7eleven买水然后搭地铁回家。
