开跑前的准备！！！
好有十个小时酱
Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon 2010
就要开跑了。
这次也是跑21km,和去年一样。
这一次没有什么准备到，
因为一个月前才跟GY Ping拿他的号码来跑。
而最近又一直下雨，不能练习。
没下雨时又懒惰去练。
本来星期五想练习跑最后一次，
可是刚好有gathering dinner。
难得有gathering就去。
开跑前十天完全没练习到。
大家去Clark Quay那边吃晚餐。
共有12个人出席。
吃饱后大家就去喝酒。
每个人的下面至少要有七寸(seven inches)长
才能进入这间酒吧。
就是从下面脚底到腹部要至少七寸，
为了避免孩童进来喝酒。
喝完酒后回到家冲了凉就睡觉（有开冷气）。
第二天起来整个人没力，
喉咙又痛。
九点又倒下去睡，
睡到12点多。
早上又拉了三次大便，
也算是好事。
跑步前一晚不用拉。
中午吃一碗粥，
旁晚就吃一碗面粉糕。
全部轻口味的。
晚餐再买些sushi来吃。
至少有吃到饭又不会饱的。
半夜四点半就要起身跑去woodlands stadium
搭五点15分选手专用的巴士到起跑点。
（巴士票要给八块钱）
就当作买票去Universal Studio跑跑看看。
Target Time : 2:29:59 plus 10 minutes allowance.
不能超过2小时40分。
如果超过的话我就不要跑。
重新跑回去起点。：P

马来西亚华人足球赛 MCFA CUP 2010
THE Penang Chinese has done it again as they managed to
retain the Malaysian Chinese FA (MCFA) Cup crown
which they won last year.
And for the second successive year,
they made Negri Sembilan play the bridesmaid role.
With the two teams crossing swords in a repeat final
at the Tuanku Abdul Rahman Stadium in Paroi on Saturday,
Penang not only repeated the act of coming from behind
to force a penalty shoot-out,
but when they trooped out 3-0 winners after both teams
fought to a 2-2 stalemate at extra time,
it was a repeat of last year success at the State Stadium in Batu Kawan.
For Penang coach Teoh Choon Kheng,
who has always been termed as the man with a Midas touch
for his string of success in charting their
football fortunes in the MCFA Cup challenge,
it not only meant adding another feather to his cap,
but it spelt a record fifth success from just as many
assignments handling the Penang side.
This year win was even more meaningful because
the Penang Chinese FA will be celebrating
its 80th anniversary next month.
We have every reason to feel proud as we succeeded
in turning the odds against Negri Sembilan
for the second successive year,
said Choon Kheng shortly after their return from Seremban on Sunday.
Although we were left searching ourselves by the two early blows
Negri Sembilan had delivered at us on Saturday,
I am proud that we never for a moment felt disheartened enough
to throw in the towel.
With my players determined to bring home the Cup as a special gift
for our association big bash,
they never gave up and fought on as if their life depended on it.
Displaying what I would term as our best performance of the season,
we were richly rewarded.
While it enabled us to repay the association for their good support,
it also helped me to fulfill the dream of trooping out as
champion in all five occasions while I was the Penang coach.
A former State player,
Choon Kheng achieved back to back honours in 2000 and 2001,
beating Kuala Lumpur on both occassions.
When he was again made coach in 2003,
after Penang lost in the 2002 final against Perak,
he snagged his third title when they handed Selangor a 5-2 beating.
Now, after a decade since his first major MCFA Cup triumph,
Choon Kheng has again registered yet another back to back honours,
with Negri Sembilan as his new victim.
Negri Sembilan looked good to regain the title they last won in 2007,
when the took a control of last year final.
But a late equaliser turned their dreams into a nightmare with
Penang staging a polished act to troop out 4-2 winners in the shootout.
Then as if lightning do strike twice,
Negri Sembilan found themselves on the receiving end again.
Despite grabbing a comfortable 2-0 lead in just a space of 11 minutes,
with Tan Hock Chuan giving them a dream opening minute goal,
and Sar Chen Yang doubling it just 10 minutes,
they failed to exploit on their advantage.
And the moment they allowed Penang to narrow the deficit
through Ooi Eng Hock in the 29th mninute,
it spelt trouble as it sparked off a Penang revival.
The greatly inspired Penang swung back into the hunt immediately
on the restart and their continuous pressure told
on the Negeri Sembilan defence.
Giving away a penalty at the stroke of half time,
striker Tan Tat Seng made sure that the islanders trooped back
to the dressing room on level terms
when he firmly planted home his spot kick.

Although Penang failed to add any more goals despite dominating
the proceedings in the second half,
their eagerness to make their 80th anniversary celebration a more memorable affair,
saw them produced another sparkling show in the ensuing
shootout decider to retain their MCFA Cup crown with a 3-0 win.

Negri Sembilan coach Christopher Khoo Wai Leong,
who was disappointed that they let slipped
a comfortable two-goal lead,
said they only have themselves to blame for the defeat
as they were overly confident.
We took it a little too easy and was unable to stay focused on our target,
said Christopher,
who has two MCFA Cup titles under his belt for leading Negri Sembilan
to back to back honors in 2006 and 2007.

更新：十月份 2010
距离2012世界未日还有两年多，
在这里提醒大家而已。
我的blog可能将会每个月更新一次，
也会写比较长。
所以你们不要一次过读到完。
分几次来读，
不然我的收视率将会大跌。
OK,
读到这边就不要再读下去了。

更新：十月份 2010
十月粪，
十月的粪都很顺利被排出来。
这个月每次和朋友出来
都是去吃日本餐。
也爱上了吃Wasabi。
吃Wasabi会上瘾的。
那天那天，忘了几时。
和Gerald,CYau和Livingston
去吃那个Sakae Tepayaki,
我们四个人叫鹿肉套餐。
就算他给我牛肉，
我都不知道是牛或鹿。
味道都没什么差别，
可能是我吃太快。
我不喜欢吃Sotong，
因为腥味很重。
（日本餐里红色的那种sotong我就有吃）
看到他炒到这样以为会很好吃，
吃一个就吐掉。
不能吃的。（个人意见）
整盘给Gerald吃，
（吐出来的那只Sotong脚也放到里面，
他应该没发现到。）
妈的，$18贵到要死又吃不饱。
还要去吃pizza饼来填饱肚子。
那天那天去CitySquare吃Sushi Tei.
小新也有一间叫CitySquare的Shopping Mall。
在Farrer Park那边。
这里还不错，吃得饱。
环境也不错。
可以带女生到那边享用晚餐。
下次和阿懒（Alan）两个人到那边去吃。
去破坏其它人的“环境”。
吃饱没事做，
跑去英国利兹读硕士的天培
突然出现在亚洲。
因为他已经毕业了。
还有另一个更傻，
吃饱没事做跑去英国曼切斯特读硕士。
我不是井底之蛙。
有看报纸（中国报波王）的人都知道啦，
曼切斯特（曼联）是踢球的。
跑去那边读书搞屁啦，
难道真的会有一所叫
University of Manchester的大学meh。
。。
。
。
。
又写离题了，日本餐还没写完。
那天因为天培在亚洲，
所以我们就出来吃个饭。
他们说要带他去吃泰国餐，
我也不知道为什么。
(他的女友好像是泰国妹）
可是最后我们没吃到泰国餐，
而是去吃日本餐，
因为上面我已经写了
“这个月每次和朋友出来都是去吃日本餐”。
（有点不正常的罗辑）
不久后天培将会来到小新发展，
在一间有名的工程询问公司。
我在这里代表李显龙欢迎你来到小新。

我住的地方隔壁家的猫跟我很熟了，
叫它过来它就会过来。
讲到猫，我就想到狗。
最近我养了一只狗，
叫Jackass。
我很堵懒它的，
每吃看着人家吃东西。
不会paiseh的。
我也没给它吃东西。
不久后它就死了。
我感到很伤心。
（这个是写来充数的。）
