开跑前的准备!!!
好有十个小时酱
Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon 2010
就要开跑了。
这次也是跑21km,和去年一样。
这一次没有什么准备到,
因为一个月前才跟GY Ping拿他的号码来跑。
而最近又一直下雨,不能练习。
没下雨时又懒惰去练。
本来星期五想练习跑最后一次,
可是刚好有gathering dinner。
难得有gathering就去。
开跑前十天完全没练习到。
大家去Clark Quay那边吃晚餐。
共有12个人出席。
吃饱后大家就去喝酒。
每个人的下面至少要有七寸(seven inches)长
才能进入这间酒吧。
就是从下面脚底到腹部要至少七寸,
为了避免孩童进来喝酒。
喝完酒后回到家冲了凉就睡觉(有开冷气)。
第二天起来整个人没力,
喉咙又痛。
九点又倒下去睡,
睡到12点多。
早上又拉了三次大便,
也算是好事。
跑步前一晚不用拉。
中午吃一碗粥,
旁晚就吃一碗面粉糕。
全部轻口味的。
晚餐再买些sushi来吃。
至少有吃到饭又不会饱的。
半夜四点半就要起身跑去woodlands stadium
搭五点15分选手专用的巴士到起跑点。
(巴士票要给八块钱)
就当作买票去Universal Studio跑跑看看。
Target Time : 2:29:59 plus 10 minutes allowance.
不能超过2小时40分。
如果超过的话我就不要跑。
重新跑回去起点。:P
